Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger
HIT-TRANS shell and tube heat exchangers are customised to meet customer requirement, achieving maximum heat transfer with increased lifespan and efficiency. Materials are carefully selected to suit the medium flowing through them.
Tubes are available in steel, copper, brass, stainless steel, aluminium brass or copper nickel, with shells in steel, stainless steel, aluminium and bronze. We fabricate to your drawings for both marine and commercial duty.
Tube cleaning, plugging and replacement, followed by hydro testing before the unit is released back to you.

Is the unit tested before return?
Every unit is hydro tested after tube work is completed and before it leaves the workshop.
